Clear answers to the most common questions about ordering, artwork, materials, and how we work.

We’re currently operating through scheduled consults and coordinated pickup as we prepare our full walk-in studio.

Ordering Basics

Do you have minimum order quantities?

No minimums. Whether you need one hat or a hundred polos, we’re happy to help.

How do I get a quote?

Reach out through our contact form or give us a call — in-person consults are available by appointment. Let us know the item type, quantity, placement, and artwork (if you have it), and we’ll send pricing.

How long does a typical order take?

Simple jobs can often be ready by the next day. Larger orders depend on quantity and complexity—we’ll give you a timeline when we quote.

Do you offer rush orders?

We do our best to accommodate tight deadlines when possible. Let us know your timing.

Do I need to pay upfront?

Most orders require a deposit to get started, with the balance due when your order is ready.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, debit, and cash.

Artwork & Design

What file formats work best?

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can work but may require cleanup or digitizing.

Can you help create or clean up my logo?

Yes. We can help refine existing artwork or create something new. Design fees vary depending on complexity.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing converts artwork into a stitch file our machines can read. It’s a one-time setup per design and typically costs $30–75. We keep your file on record for reorders.

Can you match Pantone or school colors?

Yes. We carry a wide range of thread colors and can closely match brand, school, or team colors.

Can you do text without a logo?

Absolutely. Names, initials, monograms, and custom text in a variety of fonts.

Products & Materials

Can I bring my own items?

Yes. Customer-supplied items are embroidered at your own risk. We’ll always flag potential issues before starting.

What brands do you carry?

We stock quality blanks and can source many wholesale brands. Let us know what you’re looking for.

Can you get brands like Nike or Carhartt?

Often yes, depending on availability and brand restrictions. We’re happy to check.

Which decoration method is best?

Embroidery works best for polos, hats, jackets, and bags. Screen printing is ideal for t-shirts and large runs. DTF is great for full-color designs and small runs. If you’re unsure, we’ll guide you.
